By placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT or sales tax unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc. Full payment is required at the time of order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders using DPD as our primary delivery partner. Standard delivery times are estimated between 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery via DPD.

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by DPD or other third-party couriers.

  • Please ensure shipping details are correct. Abby Loves is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@abbyloves.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and order details. We will work to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Abby Loves Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products or services.
